EDUCase Platform to participate in Kenya Innovation Week, 2022

Aalto University, as the EDUCase platform coordinator and representative, will be participating in the Kenya Innovation Week (KIW). The event will take place in Nairobi during 6-8.12.2022.

The objective of the participation is twofold; firstly, to familiarize with the overall innovation ecosystem trends and needs in Kenya, and secondly to explore opportunities and synergies, especially with higher education institutions, including their governing bodies and relevant stakeholders on EDUCase relevant themes.

KIW is an annual flagship innovation forum for the country run by the Kenya National Innovation Agency. It seeks to showcase the innovativeness of Kenyans under the national priorities of Vision 2030, and champion relevant policy engagements on innovations among institutions including strengthening the research and commercialisation practices for greater socio-economic impact. This year, KIW will run in six thematic areas championed by strategic KIW partners:
